Since its introduction in Malaysia, the programme has helped entrepreneurs transform promising ideas into scalable businesses through training, mentorship, funding, and access to international networks.
Standing Out Among Malaysia’s Most Promising Enterprises
In 2024, entrepreneurs from across Peninsular Malaysia participated in an intensive Shell LiveWIRE development programme, which included business bootcamps, mentorship sessions, and a competitive pitching process. After progressing through the programme, 10 finalists were selected to present their business plans before a panel of judges at the Peninsular Malaysia finals held at Wisma Shell in Cyberjaya.
Zircochem Resources emerged as one of only five winning enterprises, alongside companies operating in aquaculture, climate technology, biotechnology, and mental health innovation. The achievement reflects our commitment to sustainability, and vision for transforming the cleaning products industry.
From Chemical Supplier to Sustainable Consumer Brand
Zircochem Resources initially focused on supplying chemical products to various industries. Over time, the company identified a growing need for safer, more sustainable cleaning and personal care products that could reduce environmental impact while maintaining high performance.
This vision led to the creation of BIOME, a brand dedicated to developing innovative and eco-conscious cleaning solutions. Through continuous research and development, BIOME has introduced products designed to reduce single-use plastic waste, lower transportation emissions, and encourage more sustainable consumer habits.
